Jordan's mission call

So there I was minding my own business (frustrated that the mail was taking so freakin long to come) and out of the blue this random letter just happened to be in my mailbox (I ran home to check the mail in between tests and work, its a half an hour walk one way).  I got it and I decided to call my mom and my dad (who had been calling me three times a day asking if it had come) and I organized a nice little letter opening party, just for the fun of it.  After work about four hours later I found out (anything else I can do to prolong the suspense...) so yeah i'm spending the next two years, starting Feb 6th in Baltimore Maryland, English speaking.  Apparently someone upstairs agreed that I was spending WAY too much time in Provo and I needed to get back to the east coast so I could exercise some of my New York Attitude (see picture).

Rock On JORDAN
That is one of the niftiest cities I have ever been to and I think it will be a really great place to spend two years flexing a NY style tude.
CONGRATULATIONS now get ready to go out and do some good for the Lord,

Congrats Jordan! We are so happy to hear this great news. Baltimore, so exciting. Thank you for setting such a great example for all the other nieces and nephews to follow. I have family in Baltimore and I'll be sure to have them look out for you. Congrats! Alma

Congratulations! We're so pleased to have our first second generation missionary! Baltimore just might be kind of like the Caribbean in some respects--a New Yorker will have insights that will come in handy.

We think you will be a wonderful missionary. We tried to get you to tell us on email when we couldn't open the attachment from Grandma Griffith--forgot it just might be on the blog...please forgive us for being born in the non-tech generation...sorry!
Love,
Grandma

That is so great. I remember when Jordan was just a little dude and loved watching teenage mutant ninja turtles. Wow, time has flown. We are very proud of you Jordan.
